Spray Systems

• Fully automatic air less gun ensuring optimum solution utilisation, solutions dispensed with multihead peristaltic pumps for uninterrupted, uniform flow rates, at pre regulated pressures.
• Sugar coating by multihead distribution rake connected to a positive displacement, multi chamber piston plunger pump generating high start up pressures and ensuring uniform flow for viscous suspensions/solutions.
• Telescopic spray nozzle arm with insitu CIP connections, easily drawable from coating chamber to facilitate faster changeovers/clean up.
• Agitated solution holding tanks, jacketed/non jacketed with quick release connections, pre wired and connected to pumps and spray heads.
