Empty Capsule Sorter

• Empty capsules are placed into the hopper on the right of the capsule filling machines sorter.
• The capsules flow over the vibratory plate. The holes in the plate are designed to let the perfect capsules go through rejecting the dented capsules which will have a different profile.
• The sorted capsules fall into a chamber below the vibratory plate from where they are blown through the pipe into the hopper of the capsule filler.

The Capsule Polisher

• The Filled capsules are emptied into the inlet of the capsule polisher.
• Inside the polisher is a spiral brush which rotates rubbing the capsules against an enveloping canvas cloth thus polishing it. This movement also moves the capsules to the outlet. (Placed at inlet of filled capsule sorter.)
• There is a suction applied outside the canvas envelope which will suction any loose powder.
• This Dust collector is in the background to the left.

Under Weight, Empty and Open Capsule Sorter

• Model pictured is one option which can only sort open capsules.
• Model offered is an improvement and has a system where a blower blows away all manner of under weight capsules. Here the blower has to be adjusted according to the size and weight of the capsules. Picture of this model is not currently on file.
• On the left is the dented capsule sorter (At outlet of open capsule sorter).
