A homogenizer is a machine which is capable of creating a mixture which is uniform throughout. This process basically mixes elements together as thoroughly as possible, using high speed rotors and stationary rotors which imparts a high shear to the fluid. Two forms of Homogeniser are available, either an in tank high shear mixer or homogeniser or an in-line homogenizer. The in-line High Shear Mixer or Homogenizer can be floor mounted adjacent to the mixing tank, taking its feed from the bottom of the tank and returning the flow to the top of the tank. The in tank version is mounted through the tank shell.
